NEW BRITAIN - A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the official opening of the Raphael Building Apartments Thursday on West Main Street.

“It’s a momentous day for all of us,” said President of Jasko Development Avner Krohn.

Jasko Development returns New Britain's historic 29,000 sq. ft. Rafael Building at 99 West Main Street to its past glory with the unveiling of 16 newly-outfitted one and two bedroom luxury units. Built in 1925 and added to the National List of Historic Buildings in 2016, the transformation of this iconic office building into an urban mixed-use apartment/retail complex can be a game changer for downtown New Britain. A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on Thursday, August 31, 2017 from 5-7 p.m.

Jasko Development, LLC announces the leasing of a 4,050 SF American Family Care Urgent Care medical center at 179 Talcottville Road, Vernon Connecticut.

The Vernon center will  provide x-ray services, on-site lab facilities, board certified doctors, physical assistants and a staff of 25 and will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays.
