Concourse Park project to develop the former Showcase Cinema site

Concourse Park is a luxury apartment community planned for 960 Silver Lane, East Hartford, CT. Included are nine three and four-story residential buildings totaling approximately 400,000 rentable square feet configured into 402, 100% market rate studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units. Additionally there will be one 12,000 SF luxury clubhouse. The construction will include many green building and utility elements, and smart technology with unparalleled amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool with cabanas, outdoor fire pits, a dog park and pet spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center with multi-use yoga and spin studio, a golf/sports simulator, lush community gardens and picturesque landscaping, a band/music rehearsal studio, kids area, tenant lounge rooms, party spaces, and co- working spaces with conference/zoom rooms for residents.

East Hartford development project of former Showcase Cinema site

The East Hartford Town Council authorized a purchase and sale agreement with Jasko Development and Zelman Real Estate for the site of the demolished Showcase Cinemas multiplex in East Hartford. The vote does not constitute a sale itself, and Jasko principal Avner Krohn and partners will proceed with developing plans for the East Hartford Town Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Showcase Cinema closed in 2006 and was demolished in 2020.
