Adding 107 apartment units and 5,600 square feet of retail and restaurant space to a significant corner of downtown New Britain, "The Brit" will cater to young renters looking to engage in an urban lifestyle, featuring outdoor spaces, gardens overlooking historic Central Park and street art murals on the exterior walls. Project completion is projected for 2022.
