Jasko Development has unveiled architectural renderings for The Highrailer, a six-story, mixed use building that will feature 114 studio, one and two-bedroom apartment units, and 6,000 sq. ft. of retail space, half of which will be designated for restaurant use. The building replaces two century-old buildings that housed the former Amato’s Toy & Hobby and Liberty Tax retail spaces at the corner of Main St. and Columbus Blvd. There will also be approximately 1,500 sq. ft. of outdoor space incorporated into the design, and in tandem with the adjoining 'Brit' building, currently under construction, will cater to young renters looking to engage in an urban lifestyle. Both projects are expected to be complete in the 2023 calendar year.
