Jasko Development Build-To-Suit program leases and builds turn-key facility
Jasko Development, LLC announces the ground-up construction and leasing of a 3,230 SF American Family Care Urgent Care medical center at 1171 East Main Street in Torrington Connecticut. The facility includes eight exam rooms, a procedure room, a dedicated X-ray room, and ample parking on .50 acres.
The Jasko Development Build-To-Suit project was completed in 18 weeks, from groundbreaking to ribbon-cutting.

Tom Kelly, operator of the new AFC Urgent Care facility, and owner seven AFC Urgent Care Centers in Connecticut has previously worked with the Jasko team on AFC projects in New Britain, and Vernon.
