The facility includes eight exam rooms, a procedure room, a dedicated X-ray room, and ample parking on .50 acres.

The Jasko Development Build-To-Suit project was completed in 18 weeks, from groundbreaking to ribbon-cutting.

 Jasko Development, LLC announces that it has sold the shopping center at 450 South Main Street New Britain to Jericho Realty, LLC of South Windsor, Connecticut. The two-building complex consists of a 2,992 SF, one-story, Columbia Dental Office and a six-occupant, 8,308 SF retail strip plaza with additional separate storage units located in the rear.

NEW BRITAIN - Visit downtown New Britain and you'll see a change. The city of 73,000, consigned to the New England rust belt after most of its factories closed and two highways split the city, is making a comeback.

Business leaders cite the CTfastrak rapid bus system, transit-oriented developments and pedestrian-friendly streets as signs of a nascent, but visible rebirth. They also credit Avner Krohn, a 35-year-old developer from Long Island.

Though Krohn's company, Jasko Development, owns multiple properties in Connecticut and New Jersey, his five buildings in New Britain cover over 100,000 square feet worth more than $10 million.

Jasko Development, LLC announces the leasing of a 4,050 SF American Family Care Urgent Care medical center at 179 Talcottville Road, Vernon Connecticut.

The Vernon center will  provide x-ray services, on-site lab facilities, board certified doctors, physical assistants and a staff of 25 and will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays.

New York City landlord Avner Krohn has purchased the former Battison's Dry Cleaners site in Vernon for $547,500 to house another area AFC Urgent Care facility.
